With all of his musical training and experience (advice from the likes of Liberace, Corey Wells of Three Dog Night and many others), John Salamon has used his talents to become the consummate entertainer that he is today. From celebrities to Mayors to Governors, all have mentioned during their shows and speeches how unique and thoroughly enjoyable John’s shows are.
Adaptable to any situation has become a trademark of John’s performances. John Salamon has taken the old saying 5 or 5,000 and has given the same energy. Whether playing to 5 or 5,000, he makes you feel as if your event, club or resort is the only thing that matters. An attitude that many today have forgotten how to do. Because of these things, John performed for the very first and many subsequent shows for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame including the opening ceremonies and a special show for I.M. Pei, the architect of the museum. Because of this and other achievements, John was honored on a plaque in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
It’s no wonder John is well-received when making return appearances, which he is ALWAYS invited to do. Although John leaves the rap and modern trends to the younger players in the business, their comments about his shows are, “Hey, that guy’s great!
